For the past 10 years, we’ve built Ernie’s as a family business rooted in tradition, passion, and quality. From buttery croissants to artisan baguettes and savory charcuterie boards, our mission has always been to bring the authentic flavors of France to every plate.

Why St. George? This vibrant and welcoming community inspired us to expand, and we’re thrilled to share our family recipes and warm hospitality with new friends and neighbors.
